What we collect

Traveller details needed to create the reservation (name, e-mail, phone), route and dates, and the payment record processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers – card data never touches our server.

How it is used

Solely to create and hold the reservation, deliver the documents, answer verification requests from you or authorities, and meet accounting and tax duties (VAT payer records are kept as required by law).

Sharing

The airline that holds the reservation receives the traveller's name. Stripe receives payment data. Reservation data is never published, never sold, and never placed in files accessible from the web.
