• Your reservation is created in the airline's own reservation system and the booking reference is delivered by e-mail within 15 minutes of payment, at any hour of the day.
• The reference never changes during the period you paid for.
• If we cannot create the reservation, the payment is refunded automatically and in full.
• Anyone holding the reference – you, a consulate, an airline – can ask us at help@holdfare.com and we confirm the reservation, its route and its validity.

What this service is – and is not

The service is a reservation hold. No ticket is issued, no airline is paid, and the reservation cannot be used for check-in or boarding. To fly, a ticket must be bought separately. When the hold ends, the airline releases the booking and nothing further is charged.

Most airlines publish a reservation on their own website only after a ticket is issued; that is how their systems work, not a defect of this service. Verification through the operator (see above) is available at any time.

Prices and payment

The price is a one-time service fee shown before payment: €12.90 (48 hours), €33.00 (5 days) or €63.00 (10 days). Card payments are processed by Stripe; the charge appears under Pharmavita Bohemia s.r.o..

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel within 3 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, the fee is non-refundable once the reservation has been created, because the hold is then active in the airline's system.

Visa decisions

A reservation is the document commonly requested as proof of onward travel. The acceptance of any application is decided solely by the relevant authority, and this service cannot influence that decision.
